Sweet Punk is a growing communication agency with strong digital expertise based in Paris. The agency supports its clients with their communication strategy, their identity, and their multi-channel speaking. With its own high-end production studio (digital and video), the agency excels in advertising, brand content and user experience. On a human scale (40 people) and based in Paris and Montpellier, the heart of the agency beats around a strong promise: that of making brands even more exciting.


We are looking for a talent with a solid graphic identity training, digital and advertising.
You will join a pole of ambitious and motivated creatives:

– Creative lead on pre-sales and production projects
– Creation of visual identities
– Design of digital interfaces
– Reflection on creative advertising concepts (digital activations, social media, event sites …)
– Presentation of ideas in front of clients
– Supervision of juniors


– You have at least 3 years of experience in an agency
– You have a 360 ° culture in the field of communication
– You have already answered and won calls for tenders during your previous experiences
– You have already worked on large accounts
– You have your own graphic universe, while being able to be versatile to adapt to different types of projects
– You understand the marketing objectives of your customers and seek above all to meet them
– You develop an image culture that goes beyond behance or awwward
– You have understood that your role is not only to make beauty, but to create meaning
– You have strong ambitions and you like to follow through on your projects and ensure that they are successful and innovative
– You want to grow and make your future agency grow
– You are motivated and open-minded
– You know how to work in a team and supervise young talents
