A major player in professional optics, Essilor wishes to develop a client tracking tool for eye care professionals. How to seduce the BtoB target without excluding the end consumer from the experience?

Create a dialogue between experts and customers

Essibox allows customers to identify themselves using a RIFD smart card and to provide experts with the results of their previous exams.
